The cadets club is a new addition to the Academy clubs. This is for junior fencers starting at the age of 13-15 who either have a serious chance of making the cadet or junior world championships or they are a good benefit for the rest of the team.

The Cadets Club was running one pilot session during 2006. On Sunday 12th november was the pre launch date where the first club championships took place with the first select group of members. The club will have it's formation AGM on Saturday 2nd of December 2006 at 16:00 at the Academy office. At the Academy Awards evening the launch of this new club will be announced and at the end of 2007 an official ceremony will take place to launch the club followed by a press conference. Full proramme was in place after eater 2007. Now the training begins.

The date of the official launch will be announced in due course.

Beginners Course Programme:
We have launched a new type of beginner programme which is fully sponsored. We pay for your training for the first year. This 1 year course will select those who are of good standard and commitment to join the cadets club. The first course will be starting Sep 2007 - Apr 2008. First you need to do a short beginner course which we will also sponsor you to do. Call and book now.
